The 5 Stages of Grief
Denial: “This can’t be happening, not to me.”
Anger : “AHHH [expletive, expletive] Why did that happen?!”
Bargaining: “I will give my life savings and/or bake you muffins if you give me a new phone”
Depression: “I busted my iPhone so I’m going to eat 4 slices of pizza and an entire pan of brownies because I’m devastated.”
Acceptance: “It’s going to be okay. The world will not end.”
(You’ll be happy to know that this iPhone tragedy took place on Tuesday evening and I’m already in the Acceptance stage…I’m incredibly resilient)
