View of Midtown East from my office rooftop (approx 20th Street up to 52nd Street, 10th Avenue over to Park Avenue). It’s is pretty unique place to snap this shot from since most of us aren’t allowed to go up to the roof due to…
…but when you work closely with people in the Building Operations/Engineering department, you usually become an exception to the rule. Bonus - you get to see how “stuff works” and gain new appreciation for the efforts that take place “behind the scenes”. Too often it’s easy to forget that coming to this building every single day is enjoyable because of the five (yes, only 5) guys that keep this ship running 24/7.
Thanks for the rooftop access guys…and thanks for taking care of us.
